The PolyPro 3000T Matte is a durable, thermal transfer polypropylene label engineered for demanding labeling applications that require long-lasting performance and flexibility. Featuring a matte white facestock with a permanent acrylic adhesive, this label offers strong adhesion to corrugate, plastic, and metal surfaces while maintaining excellent resistance to scratching and smearing.

Perfect for both indoor and short-term outdoor use, the PolyPro 3000T performs reliably in temperatures ranging from -65°F to 200°F (-54°C to 80°C) and meets FDA 175.105 standards for indirect food contact. Its conformability makes it ideal for curved or uneven surfaces commonly found in packaging and product labeling.

  • Material: White matte topcoated polypropylene (3.0 mil)

  • Adhesive: Permanent, acrylic-based (1.0 mil)

  • Liner: 50 lb semi-bleached kraft stock (0.3 mil)

  • Total Thickness: Approximately 7.0 mil

  • Adhesive Strength: Excellent on stainless steel, polycarbonate, and polyethylene

  • Temperature Range:

    • Application: 45°F (7°C) minimum

    • Service: -65°F to 200°F (–54°C to 80°C)

    • Storage: 72°F (22°C) at 50% RH

Chemical Resistance (with Zebra 6100 / 3200 / 6200 Ribbons)
